They have a really great selection of businesses here. Columbia Sportswear, Starbucks, New Seasons, Mud Bay, pizza, sandwiches, frozen yogurt, and the DMV if you need to renew your license. There's an urgent care for if you get sick and a veterinary clinic for it your dog gets sick. Something for everyone.

Awesome little shopping center! The main reason I come here is for new seasons which is a fantastic organic whole foods type store that has amazing products at decent prices. I had an appointment to get Mom a new OR Real ID and new parking placard at the DMV in Lake Oswego. There was easy parking outside and seating inside for my 89 year old Mom, as I produced all her documentation. It took about an hour for both and her temporary ID. Yes!!!

I mostly go here for the New Seasons, but every now and then I have to also visit this shopping center for the DMV. I can say that the grocery store here is excellent and I can always find great parking. Which is really nice when I am on my way home from work and I don't want to waste any time. It's nice also because there is a Starbucks here as well. Great shopping center and I hope that never changes.

You'll find here all major stores you need and very nice mall to spend a day shopping. The food court and movie theater are right together. All and all it was a nice place to visit. I will be back.

I've only been here a few times and it's always to visit flying Pie pizzeria. This strip mall seems okay. Nothing to complain about here. There aren't large potholes or a huge amount of speed bumps thankfully but there could have been better and more elaborate parking in front of the actual stores versus being in the center

Oswego Towne Square is such a gem! It’s the perfect little shopping center with a great variety of stores and services—all tucked conveniently within a residential area. Whether you’re making a quick grocery run at New Seasons, grabbing a bite at Little Big Burger, or treating your fur baby to something fun from Mud Bay, it’s all so easy and accessible. I love how you can just hop in the car, be there in minutes, and actually find parking without stress. The layout makes it ideal for a quick stop or a leisurely stroll. There’s even a bank, an urgent care, and a Starbucks—all right there. It’s truly a one-stop spot that covers everyday errands and little indulgences. Great location, great mix of businesses, and always a pleasant experience. Definitely one of Lake Oswego’s most convenient and charming shopping centers!
